Halloween: During the autumn holidays, things will get really creative – and a little bit spooky – for children at the community center in Düsseldorf-Eller!
From 13 to 16 October 2025, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm each day, our Halloween holiday program for children will take place. Our lovely Maya will be there and has prepared lots of great ideas for you. All children will have a lot of fun!
👻 What are we doing for Halloween during the autumn holidays?
In this holiday program, you can dive into the colorful and slightly spooky world of Halloween. You will craft and paint whatever comes to your mind – masks, monsters, costume pieces, or spooky pictures. You are encouraged to let your imagination run free and try out new ideas.
✂️ Our creative campaigns
- We're making Halloween masks! Using cardboard, fabric, brushes, paint, and glue, you can craft your own truly spooky costumes.
- We malen All together, colorful pictures that are either spooky or funny: cheerfully hissing, fluttering bats, grimly grinning ghosts, comically rolling pumpkins, grumbling mini-monsters, and mysterious, haunted places. The possibilities are endless!
There's so much to discover, to make, and to laugh about!

Can participate all childrenr, the desire for colors, crafting, experimenting and Halloween We have everything. You don't need to bring anything. Just come along.

Did you know that?
Halloween is a festival celebrated every year on October 31st. People used to believe that ghosts roamed the streets on this night. Therefore, they dressed up in costumes to scare the ghosts or to look like them. Children go from house to house saying "Trick or treat!" to receive candy. Carved pumpkins with lights inside are meant to ward off evil spirits. 🎃
Last year, many children also came to KRASS to make Halloween masks or paint pumpkins.
