True to the motto "Painting is fun, especially in a group!", this activity at the Children's Art House was aimed at all children and young people who loved colors and had images in their minds. The goal was to use shared experiences as a safe method so that children could navigate the complex world of human emotions and express them "like real artists" with brushes and real artists' paints.
The focus was on the creative process itself – participation was more important than the result. There was no right or wrong. Instead, it was about the joy of painting and expressing one's own creativity.
The philosophy behind the project was: "Empowering children from all social backgrounds!" Through creative work with brushes, paints, chalk, and pencils, girls and boys were given the opportunity to discover their abilities and talents and find a way to express themselves. Art served as a suitable means of promoting children's personal development, regardless of their national or social background.
Claudia Seidensticker is convinced of one fact: "Children love to paint!"
