The Düsseldorf-based association KRASS received the solidarity prize from the NRZ and the Freddy Fischer Foundation. More than 50 associations, organizations, and individuals dedicated to helping socially disadvantaged people were nominated. KRASS came in third place and received a certificate and €1.000 in prize money.
By engaging with art as the universal language of humanity, KRASS Boundaries were overcome, prejudices were broken down, and cultural diversity was experienced as a resource. KRASS The association follows the vision of its founder Claudia Seidensticker that art and culture create opportunities for the development, education and understanding of people.
