In particular, the focus is on promoting creativity and self-expression by transforming thoughts. Participants will develop their own ideas into stories and write them down. Thoughts are put together and undergo a transformation process in which they are moulded into words and later told in pictures.
Working in teams is intended to strengthen social skills and self-confidence by contributing one’s own ideas. By exchanging ideas and discussing different characters, the course of history, social issues or problems, (cultural) understanding, critical thinking and empathy should be promoted. Characters and plot must be justified, discussed and weighed up, because at the end of the workshop there should be a joint “product”, the actual screenplay, as the basis for the follow-up workshop.
