We go about once a week (depending on the weather) with at least eight children and young people, a sports and/or art teacher and a volunteer to the Grafenberg Forest and Parks in Düsseldorf. There we offer low-threshold physical challenges with a cultural connection that are fun at the same time: Climbing, balancing, skating, land art work, etc. Our bus is fully equipped with material.

Since the pandemic, we have noticed an increase in mental illness (and indeed in body weight). Therefore, we supplemented our artistic offers already in 2020 with movement offers, which were very well received by our target group (hip hop, dance, skating). Consequently, it is now our goal to strengthen the physical and mental health of the children even more by combining movement and nature experiences in the fresh air.
