The MOVER is the rolling recording studio of KRASS e.V. and is on tour in Düsseldorf several times a week. It can be found in parks, schools and other places where young people aged 13 and over feel comfortable.
The MOVER and its team offer young people the opportunity to try out their musical skills, to realise acoustic ideas together with others and to explore their own social skills and openness to other points of view. At the same time, basic knowledge of studio technology, the use of synthesizers, drum machines, audio software and the recording and processing of audio material is taught.
For more mature and more extensive project ideas, the ‘krass’ recording studio in the community centre in Eller and Musikprofies are available. From hip hop to pop, electronica to poetry slams, everything can be realised.
