Check out the new video! Our KRASS Kids made posters on a children’s rights theme! At the Children’s Rights Square in Düsseldorf, each child could choose which right they would like to represent artistically.

So far 16.888€ have been raised and the auction is still running for 12 days! In collaboration with the Düsseldorf Festival and the artists Meral Alma and Theresa Kallrath, Vintage Industries is auctioning off two unique retro fridges. Bid now, do good and get a unique piece of art for your home or company!

Heute ist der Tag des positiven Denkens! Wir bei KRASS e.V. wollen Kinder motivieren, inspirieren und fördern, ihre eigenen Lebensentscheidungen selbständig zu treffen. Eine positive Einstellung und ein ermunternder Umgang mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen ist daher unsere Grundlage. Auch eine positive Einstellung und Optimismus sollten mit einer Sensibilität einhergehen, dass viele unserer Zielgruppenkinder in schwierigen Verhältnissen aufwachsen. Daher sind wir besonders achtsam, so dass auch jedes Kind mit seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen gesehen und gefördert wird.

On this Sunday, 23 people had the opportunity to experience a 2-3 hour trip on the Rhine with the large ferry in Kaiserswerth. Everyone met for this at 9:00 am at the jetty. The 3G rule, vaccinated, recovered or tested, also applied to this excursion. Drinks were also provided by our sponsor Düsseldorfer Kinderträume. Together we had a wonderful morning!

Today is “Read a Book Day”! We present the book “Locktidock”, written by Marek Heindorff and illustrated by Susanne Schröpel. We have already sold 300 copies, the proceeds of 4,500 € go directly to KRASS e.V. and thus to our educational and creative work with children. See for yourself! We are very happy about more buyers.

Enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the Uhlenberg adventure playground with our KRASS Tutoring kids! Here the kids can romp around, lie in fields of flowers, climb and get creative. A big thank you goes to Düsseldorfer Kinderträume.

Our 9th dish in our food workshop series on children’s rights is homemade potato salad with sausages. It was beautifully prepared by the children and then eaten with joy! A big thank you to our sponsors:

Thanks also to the Deutsche Postcode Lottery, we can offer the kids at the playgrounds the opportunity to create KRASSe works of art with our KulturMobil! We have already reached 800 children in 2021 who have painted and made 240 sheets of paper, and our volunteers have already sharpened 130 crayons!
