“The children do not have to be brought to art – the art comes to the children!”

With our mobile KRASS bus, we reach children and young people from all parts of the city and all family, cultural and social backgrounds and give them the opportunity to discover their creativity, movement and their own talents, regardless of any conditions or obstacles.

As soon as the tables and benches from the KuMo (KulturMobil) are set up, the first children come and take part in the free activities. The project is led by a professional honorary lecturer who accompanies one or two volunteers to ensure that all children are given the attention they need.

During the encounter, the children’s spontaneous ideas are implemented and they are encouraged to live out their artistic freedom. There is also the opportunity to help children and young people with their homework.

There are always new children, but also some who already know us and welcome us happily. The children are happy about the change, but the parents are also enthusiastic, curious and relieved to entrust their children to our care and to be “free” for a moment. The children are given the freedom to develop individually and creatively. Do you have questions? Our project manager Ana Perez gives you uncomplicated and quick answers at a.perez@krass-ev.de
